YouTube has just been given an update on Android today taking it to version 5.9.0.1. Here’s the changelog:
* Autocorrection of search misspellings
* Video quality selector to choose between different resolutions
* Fix for voice search
* Many other bug fixes and improvements
Besides, AndroidPolice reports that the app’s playlist has also been improved. A new contextual menu provides quicker access to share and save playlist to your sidebar. The Like icon in the playlist has been replaced by Add button, although the function remains the same.
The updated version is heavier by around 2MB. It’s live in the Play Store and you can grab it here.
