While major app developers have brought their apps to the Windows Phone Store, not all of them have followed by regularly updating their apps. The last time Foursquare for Windows Phone was updated was in October 2013. Fortunately, the app has picked an update today taking the version to 220.127.116.11.
There’s no changelog, but users are reporting minor UI changes. Also, the front page of the app has ‘Saved’ instead of ‘Trending’, supposedly for quicker access of your favorite locations and lists. Also, the bug with pinning Check-in to your Start Screen has been fixed. Previously, upon re-launching the app the second time from the Check-in tile, it would be partially cut of.
