Facebook Messenger on Windows Phone has received a major update to version 9.0. The update brings a couple of new features, including the ability to send anyone a message (that includes non-friends) by sending them a text, the ability to draw text and photos to the images that you’re sharing with your friends. You can also start chatting with their friends by typing their number.

-Enter Anyone’s phone number to start texting them from the app
