After hitting iOS ten days back, Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath has now landed on Android. However, instead of the Play Store, the game is available only on the Amazon Appstore for now and is listed for $5.99. Strangely, the game was thought to be a NVIDIA SHIELD exclusive till a while ago and it’s not known what prompted the developers to change their mind.
Features:
* Explore living towns, lush forests, and massive industrial facilities
* Seamlessly transition between first-person shooter and third-person platfomer
* Scour your surroundings for live ammo
* Work with a range of strategies to surprise, stun, lure, blast and bag devious outlaws
* Meet incredibly odd, funny and smack-talking townsfolk, enemies and natives
* Fight dozens of varied bosses with outlandish arsenals and outrageous names
Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath tells the story of a bounty hunter Stranger who is tasked with capturing outlaws, collecting bounties, and earning moolah in the dusty, undeveloped wastelands of Western Mudos. He’s got nothing but his crossbow that fires insects and mammals called as “live” ammunition. The game was originally released exclusively for Microsoft’s Xbox gaming console back in 2005.
The game has pretty high requirements by Android standards, requiring at least a 1.2 GHz dual core CPU, 1 GB RAM with Adreno 220, Tegra 3, ARM Mali 400-MP, SGX 543MP, Intel Baytrail or Vivante GC1000 GPU. You can grab it from the Amazon Appstore or the Amazon app from the link below.
