Microsoft has updated the OneNote app for Windows 8.1 and RT. The update brings the much requested printing support feature, which to be honest, should have been added in the app long back. In Microsoft’s own words, “With this update, it’s a breeze to print your notes, and OneNote supports all of the features you’d expect including beautiful full color page previews, portrait and landscape orientations, multiple copies, duplex printing, and more.”
The update also brings other features to the OneNote app including file attachment support that allows saving documents in notes. Then, there’s new added support for printing to PDF files. The update also adds a highlighter tool. According to the company, “Highlighter is now included in the radial menu next to the four pen styles, and you can customize the color and thickness to your liking. This feature is especially useful when combined with PDF printouts.”
You can pick OneNote for Windows 8.1 and RT running devices from the store here.
