Facebook Messenger adds iPad support in the latest update

It appears like Facebook won’t rest until it has captured all of messaging market. It’s already brought over WhatsApp and has Snapchat competitor out in the market. Now, it’s expanding Facebook Messenger. The company has pushed out an update for Facebook Messenger on iOS that brings support for the iPad. This means, the app will work on both iPhone and iPad similarly. Since it’s a universal app, it supports all of iPhone version’s features, including stickers, group conversations, voice messages, location sharing, free calling and more.

Also, the update allows you to save videos shot in Messenger (via the in-built camera app) to the camera roll. Then the app gets some bug fixes, including call tweaks, making it more reliable and a fix to make the list of active Facebook users appear more quickly. You can grab Facebook Messenger for your iPad at the store link below.
